The monstera was infested with these insects, was rinsed and repotted. The affected leaves were cut off.
After all this back and forth, they're back. What is this and how do I get it under control? Can I still save it?

Go with the photos to the building market or best into a plant business such as plant husk, stretcher etc. And they give you the right means. You’ll just spray your plant after instruction and you’ll be gone. Does not damage the plant either. Wouldn’t make any sense. 😂
