Monitor keeps showing error message (1080p 60Hz)?

Hello, as you can see in the pictures, the monitor shows DVI power saving mode when it starts up and doesn't even go into the BIOS.

It started when I replaced the board battery. Since then, this message has been appearing, and despite several attempts, I can't figure it out.

I checked all the connectors, including those for the hard drive, CPU cooler, RAM, and graphics card. Everything is firmly connected. I have a DVI cable for the monitor connection, and that's also firmly connected.

Unfortunately I don't have another cable like VGA or HDMI (GPU doesn't have this connection).

I have enough pictures, maybe you experts will notice something and tell me what the problem might be.

PS: With the board battery, no matter whether the old or the new one, no matter which one I use, it still occurs.

Now here are some example pictures and please excuse the mess that it looks like this inside

Don't be surprised – I've taken the photos like this, but before that the battery was in and it still didn't work.

The CMOS battery (CR2032) has nothing to do with this screen message "DVI POWER SAVING MODE" (standby).
It is responsible for storing BIOS settings as well as the system clock and date.

The power saving mode is created by the monitor itself.

I don't understand. – What do you mean by "nothing works anymore"? – Does the PC no longer boot?

Did you reinsert the CMOS battery with the correct polarity, i.e. the labeled side facing up ?

You did it right. – "Top" meant the labeled side of the cell was legible.

Here at GF we sometimes hear about PC malfunctions due to defective CMOS batteries.
I haven't experienced it yet. Perhaps because I replace them when the system clock starts to slow down due to age.

Regarding the message, check the connection plugs between the monitor and the PC again.

This has nothing to do with the BIOS battery. Perhaps it's a setting, but that's unlikely.

Have you damaged the connector or is it dusty?

Vielleicht ist die neue Batterie auch nicht in Ordnung. Wie wäre es mit einem kompetenten Helfer.

Als Tip, mit einer neuen CMOS Batterie, müßen die Defaulteinstellungen wiederhergestellt werden.
