Monitor broken?

I have a problem. I have two monitors on my PC and had to reset them yesterday. Since the reset, the monitor has been working. Screen 1 was no longer working. As soon as I connect it, it shows 99% black and only a strip of my desktop is visible at the very top edge. What surprises me is that as soon as something else is running on the monitor (e.g. my Switch), it works perfectly, but the PC screen goes black again. I've already replaced all the cables that go from the monitor to the PC and also tried the other HDMI input, but nothing worked.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Wenn er was anderes einwandfrei anzeigen kann, liegt das Problem doch nicht am Monitor, sondern am PC. Grafikkarte? Treiber?
mein zweiter Bildschirm zeigt aber alles einwandfrei an, (und es ist der gleiche)
Dann schließe deinen (defekten) Monitor probeweise an einen anderen PC an, und wenn dort das gleiche Problem auftritt, hilft dir nur noch ein Techniker.
