Monitor?

So, Christmas is coming SOON and I want a monitor for under €200, but I play on the PS5. That means I have no idea or experience with monitors and need a monitor that can be connected to the PlayStation (HDMI). Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for me as to what I could get?

Hi, I just read the other people's suggestions. 27" is fine for a bit of visibility. I'm sorry I got the 24" one. You'll have to see if it fits in your room. AOC is a good choice.

I would definitely go for an IPS display, as you can still look at it well even from an angle.

I don't know what a PS can do, but if it can do 120fps, I would look for a monitor that supports that and has an HDMI input.

What resolution can the PS handle, 1920×1080 or higher? Consider that, too.

To do this, go to the Geizhals website, search for something like monitor, then there is a filter in the top right corner, where you set everything you need and then you get a list of possible monitors.

I can recommend the LG 27UL550P-W monitor. It has an IPS panel and HDR 10 for good colors, as well as a UHD resolution, and is currently available at Saturn for around €220. It's a bit over your budget, but you get good resolution and colors, assuming the 27-inch screen isn't too big for you.

So as a monitor I can recommend the AOC Q24G2A or the LG 27GN-800.

These monitors do not have 4K, but an IPS panel with at least 144hz and a low lag time.

I'm afraid the PS5 will only support a maximum of 120hz.

Yes, but I'm afraid that the equipment isn't quite technically suitable for the PlayStation 5.
