Mole biopsy?
Moles are usually removed for biopsies, right? But is it only if cancer is suspected, or what for? Because I've had two or three removed, but I wasn't actually told that there was a suspicion, as far as I can remember.
Because I have a mole on my face that I think has changed slightly, so now I'm worried that it too will have to be removed for a biopsy. But since it's on my face, I don't want a scar like the previous ones. Is there any other procedure besides cutting it out? Since it's for aesthetic reasons, I realize my insurance probably won't cover it, but is there such a possibility?
Removed males are usually sent in and studied histologically. Even if there is a suspicion, the intervention can be calculated via the GkV.
Without histological studies, it would be a purely cosmetic intervention, which is only about private billing.
No… you don’t even know if that could be skin cancer.
That would be second-ranking in cancer….to cut away or to live with skin cancer and to die of it….if it’s cancer at all, which doesn’t even have to be.
What possibilities? If it’s just aesthetic, the KK doesn’t pay a cent, that would be your own pleasure.
Not every mother has to be removed .. this is only done with suspicion of a malicious change..
in case of emergency, I would always get a second opinion
If cancer is suspected, the KK will pay!
I’m just talking about whether it’s going to cut off another one (laser etc.) as I already had 2 biopsy behind me and I’ve got bad scars. What I hate to have on my face…
The question has been answered several times. Cut it, lasern no!! And lasering also makes small scars.
All right! I think it’s important to remember the surgeon’s sewing skills. Besides lasers, I don’t know another method now.
Why is that?
Lasers shouldn’t be used
Lasers don’t pay the GkV.
Don’t get crazy and talk about it.
The others were nix, or they would have told you!
But when lasering, there would probably be no biopsy… oh man.
