One of my favorite foods. I like it with water, milk or milk diluted with water. It also tastes delicious as an alternative to pasta.

For breakfast with a small banana or other fruit. Warm in winter, cold in summer. *yummy*

Water-based. My breakfast Monday-Fridays. Medically arranged, at the beginning in need of reconciliation, now no longer to think away from my menu. Healthy, tasty (with cinnamon and half a cubed apple) and the currently important side effect: very inexpensive.

By the way, last year I bought a flock machine to produce fresh oat flakes from oats themselves.

Hello,

Yeah, I find Porridge very delicious.

As a kid, I liked to eat it. My father always said “bread soup”. He did that with milk. Butter and cinnamon. Sometimes apples.

My mother makes this all the more for today. When I visit her, it’s almost every day. It makes a lot of fruit and also dates and sometimes yogurt.

I don’t do it myself. I eat only oat flakes with vanilla yoghurt or with milk as muesli and often make fruit pure.

LG!

or are porridge and oat flakes the same?

As a child there were almost always oat flakes for breakfast, with warm milk and cocoa

Yes very delicious 😋!

I eat Porridge more often in the morning. But always with milk and never with water. Since Porridge with water at the beginning when I mixed it up, never really was fed with it and with milk or meanwhile I take oat drink instead of milk, I get fed faster.

To the porridge I often take blueberries, raspberries, apple slices or bananas, as well as almonds. Sometimes, when I have it at home, pack honey or maple syrup on it and bring a little chia seeds in.

Except I have stomach intestine. Then I’ll do it with water.

But otherwise I don’t like it because it just satisfies me briefly and I need something hearty in the morning.

mostly with vegetable milk, I actually find very good and also have so phases in which I regularly eat porridge but generally not so much

I pour my oat flakes and fruits and, if necessary, other ingredients only with cold milk. Porridge is too pampy to me – and I don’t like the whole thing warm anyway.

The real British porridge is oat slum with lukewarm water and little sweetened. I find him creepy. Core oat flakes with milk, fruit, yogurt, maybe cream, honey, nuts…. is always great. Also the correct Birchermüsli from scraped grains softened overnight with yogurt and fruit is better.

I’ll let the rice cooker cook with water and before I eat it, it’ll be refined with milk. There are fruits. Now we’ve got apples again and we’ve got some more cinnamon.

that is milky what you describe, porridge has oatskin as the basis.

Milk rice in the rice cooker is a pre-programmed catastrophe (there are those who can. Most not). So no.

I take half a cup of oat flakes and about 100ml water and put “Porridge” on the cooker. He’ll cook it and finish it. I got one YumAsia Panda, if it is interested. I can even make cake in that.

I didn’t like it when it was called Müsli.

Oat flakes soup with normal milk and sugar over it (it must clinker) always goes.

Gemini7668

I’ve never eaten the oat flakes before, I’ll take them under, I like it if they’ve got ‘bees’

Go on. But only with milk.

I’ve already grown up as a kid.

Milk and delicate oatmeal, 1 Eßl honey in it.

Brown sugar and raisins… I still like this in winter as breakfast!

In the past, you’ve got such a oat gum XD

and yes I know oat flakes with sugar and milk at that time was quite normal cheap food, which warn the corn flakes at that time.

But I can’t say that it would really taste, I just banged in an infinite amount of sugar, and I don’t know why it’s called Porridge nowadays. xD

already from child legs; rather with milk than with water.
