Of course, since my Russian buddy made it to me, I have the recipe and make it as soon as it drops to 10 degrees or deeper.

I love Pelmeni, except the sour wort filling. I miss those with crab or fish filling. There must be something like that, but in the mix market there is nothing to find.

I once had a Russian buckle and was invited to her home, the mother had made some in a clear vegetable broth or something. So I didn’t taste it, the meat filling was funny. Once and never again, I can only say…

No. But the dough is the hottest when you are honest, but I find the stinks so intense and I don’t like cooked meat
