Ich kann jeden Abend nach dem Abendessen nicht aufhören zu essen. Ich esse tagsüber definitiv genug! Fast zu viel. Viel Gemüse, Ballaststoffe und gute Kohlenhydrate. Trinke um die 3,5L Wasser. Ich esse zu Abend und verspüre einen extremen Heißhunger! Dem kann ich nicht wiederstehen. Und dann eben nicht aufhören zu essen. Habe schon keine Süßigkeiten…

Dominosteine, Mmmmm. I love her, but only for Christmas. And in measure! As long as you don’t eat too much of it, something sweet is okay. Let you taste it!
