The question is what is healthier. Of course you do more sweetened.

As I look at my line, I only go to the natural yogurt.

Only if you are conditioned on the many sugars. I’m not feeling that way. I like stunned natural yogurt much more.

I have to say that I’ve been taking soy yogurt more often. There are also several flavors like Maracuja or vanilla, all are okay. But also tasty without taste, because I prefer to give orange slices or other fruits.

It depends. So alone, but if I eat it with apple pieces, oat flakes and so, then unsweetened

Unsweetened and please matured in the beaker and not stirred, so sturdy. Pure nature.

Yes, there is. Dozens!

Even with the unsweetened natural yoghurt there are the touched or the punctuated natural yoghurt matured in the beaker

Because I don’t eat sugar anymore, it’s just unsweet.
