Ich trinke bis auf einen Tee täglich nur Getränke wie cola usw. aber da ich gesünder werden möchte und air up ziemlich gut zu sein scheint wollte ich fragen ob es wirklich was bringt ?
Was kann ich tun da mit Schnaps nicht mehr so Bitter ist?
Wasser hilft nichts. Da ich Bitter sehr hasse auch wenn es nur ein wenig Bitter ist geht es nicht mehr. Kann man Schnaps mit Saft oder so mischen? Da geht dann aber der Alkohol weg oder?
Kann man Durchfall durch zuviel Gurke am Tag bekommen?
Also ich esse gerne 2-3 Gurken am Tag, ist das zuviel?
