Hi 😊 ich Hab mal eine frage momentan esse ich morgens zwei Vollkornbrötchen mit Butter und Käse und ein gekochtes Ei und abends das selbe nochmal nur dazu einen Salat mit selbst gemachter Jogurt Avocado Dressing Ich möchte nur wissen ob das zu wenig oder zuviel kcal für den Tagesbedarf ist?
Pizza Tomatensoße?
Heyy ich mache gerade selbst Pizza – beim letzten Mal habe ich passierte Tomatensoße benutzt – diese ist allerdings vieeel zu süß 🙁 wie kann ich den Geschmack verbessern? Ich habe Tabasco, Salz, Pfeffer und ein Paprika Gewürz da – würde da was helfen?
