Was ist der Uneterschied zwischen selbst aufgeschlagener Sauce Hollandaise und der aus dem Tetrapack?
Ich kenne nur die selbst gemachte Version, habe die Zutaten ja eh immer da. Aber was ist der Unterschied zu der aus dem Tetrapack? (Ich bin nur neugierig, will die deswegen aber jetzt nicht unbedingt kaufen)

Kann man Vanille schoten einfach so verkaufen? Das ist ein Bio Vanille vom Ort wo es auch gepflanzt wurde. Gibt es Menschen die sowas kauft?

Hallo, hab hier so mini Mozzarella von Lidl von Milbona, schon seit ein paar Wochen im Kühlschrank, noch zu. Sind bis 26.11. mindestens haltbar und hab sie die ganze Zeit im Kühlschrank gehabt. tongue is a very much used and moved muscle and such muscles are very fine-fiber and very delicate after cooking. Must cook for a long time.
When I was a kid, I was wild on cattle tongues and liked to eat them for my life. Until I used to get a food poison after I had eaten beef. (Everyone in my family had poisoned it, but it caught me most because of course I had eaten most of the tongue.) After that, I didn’t like cattle tongue anymore and I broke it. (That was, of course, completely irrational, since it was not on the beef tongue as such, it was not fresh anymore. But you’re not always a rational being.) A few years ago, about 40 years after the event, I was back so far that I could sample beef tongue, and now I’m again a fan of it.

Great, but unfortunately there is too rarely a offer in the restaurants.
I love tongue. If we kill a cow, I’ll kill her right away. Unfortunately, tongue is a scarce good. There’s less tongue on such a beef than fillet.
My father liked it very much, I always ate a little bit of it until I went out to study.
I’ve never tried, and I’m not a fan of Rind in general.
I like to eat cattle tongues and also veal tongues. I’ll prepare them myself.

It’s simple: I like it.
Most preferably possed by a particularly naughty cow: Great!!! And with potatoes and horseradish sauce. It’s harder!
