Abknickende Vorfahrtsstraße – wer hat hier Vorfahrt?

Hallo, folgende Situation habe ich vor kurzem im Straßenverkehr beobachtet. Die Beteiligten waren sich offenbar unschlüssig darüber, wer denn nun als Erstes fahren darf, und hätten fast einen Unfall produziert. Eigentlich bin ich mir auch nicht sicher. Wer hat Vorfahrt und warum? Kennt jemand vielleicht auch die entsprechende gesetzliche Grundlage im Original? Vielen Dank.

Also for mofas the rule applies that parking is space-saving.

This depends on the shape of the parking lot. For example, if we talk about a parking strip parallel to the road, it would mean space-saving that you have to park the mofa at a right angle and not parallel to the Farbahn, because it takes much less space.
