When I try to start my CS 25, it initially idles, but then when I accelerate, it dies. I have to let it run for five minutes, then the engine speed rises slightly, and then I can drive normally. What could be causing this?

Can I drive a moped at 25 km/h without a driving licence? If I don't have a test certificate I have to pay a 25€ fine but the question is can I drive without one because I don't think you need one, but I don't know, that's why I'm asking you
A problem with the fuel. Check carburetors.
