Moped questions?

Greetings to the moped community

I want to buy a 25 km/h moped. I saw that you don't need a driver's license for it, but rather a test certificate, which I don't have. Apparently, the fine for that would only be 20 euros?

my second question

The scooter has a CDI that limits the speed to 30. Would that still be acceptable during checks so that I don't get into trouble with the police because of tolerance or because it only really counts as 25 km/h then?

I have formulated some things badly and certainly grammatically correct, but I am still looking forward to answers

Hi, to the point. Since the Mofa test certificate is not a driving licence in the sense, one does not commit the crime “travel without a driving licence”, but only an offence that is just punished by €20.

But trouble would threaten if you caused a damage that the insurance should pay. It would then also, but then demand regression from you, can be really expensive.

30 km/h instead of 25 would probably be accepted.

You need a Mofa test certificate if you want to drive.

30 km/h are still fine.

as far as I know, this can also affect your normal car license, so you can only start with 22.
