Mofa fährt schneller als 25 km/h?
Hallo zusammen,
ich mache jetzt demnächst meine Mofa Prüfbescheinigung, ich habe mir vor kurzem eine Zündapp ZD20 gekauft, komplett original, hat auch den originalen Krümmer der damals Serienmäßig verbaut wurde. Doch sie fährt 33-35 Km/h.
Kann ich damit bedenkenlos fahren? Oder muss ich damit rechnen, dass ich von der Polizei angehalten werde und dass mir die Zündapp dann einkassiert wird?
Ich habe mal gehört, dass bei älteren Mofas dies nicht so schlimm ist, sofern sie original sind, sprich ohne dass etwas für mehr Leistung getunt/verändert wurde.
