Model making pin assignment?

Hello, I bought a power switch from Master. Unfortunately, I don't know what the plus and minus are (it's not in the manual either, see the pictures). I connected a 4-volt battery to the red and black wires, and unfortunately, the switch doesn't work. I thought red was plus and black was minus. Does anyone know what the plus and minus actually are? PS: There's a picture of the plug that goes to the switch in the pictures. Thank you very much, and have a nice weekend everyone! Regards

If there is probably a transistor behind it – therefore three lines.

Without an accurate scarf picture, I can only guess. The switching process “on” is presumably! only if there is a positive current to the black on both the red and the white line. Please never test without any pre-resistance… otherwise it can be that you’re piling the switch.
