From the distance out it is always hard to judge cases because you never have all the details.

I don’t think that you only see the November bill, because December isn’t around yet. It is also possible in this connection that you see the debited amount only with the december bill if it is only posted online.

I would now be very relaxed at this point as you have 8 weeks to book back and wait for the December bill.

As far as the hotline is concerned, I can’t help you because I lack too many details. I only know that people in such hotlines are not always the brightest candles on the Christmas tree. It can be that you get to a rotten banana dish.

I wouldn’t call again at the moment. Just wait for the December bill.

Simply contact the support by e-mail, I never make a phone call.

I’m guessing you’ve covered your data rate.

Alternatively, the setup fee was due or you forgot to cancel an additional option.

The support will be able to answer this safely…
