If I sign a mobile phone contract with Check 24 and the minimum contract term of 24 months is up, who owns the phone if I cancel? The product information sheet states this:
Does it belong to me or do I have to send it back to the seller?

Depending on the shop it belongs to you immediately because the surcharge already covers the purchase price. But look into the specific contract documents: If a hardware rate is incurred, then the property may not be transferred to you until the expiry of the contract period. Unfortunately, the product information sheet does not clarify this situation.
