Mitarbeiter von sozialen Berufen die kette Rauchen und Saufen. Was haltet ihr davon?

Hallo.

Private.

If they do not appear under the influence of any means at work or drink on work or suffer from withdrawal symptoms, everything is okay.

Social professions do not commit to certain lifestyles in leisure.

There are only a few cases where mM can be expected to be placed on the private way of life and that would be where the private way of life inevitably prevents a reasonable exercise of work. The drug dealer as a addiction counsel, the teacher who flirts with pupils in free time, calls the policeman of privately publicly punished. That would be constellations of which one can expect that they do not occur.

But you can’t expect the doctor to smoke.

Well, I must say that I can fully understand why some people working in health care are massively struggling with their work: shiftwork, overtime, personnel failures, hierarchies, time pressure, in themselves difficult or strenuous and conflict-affected work of work with different people, mental stress I.R. very difficult to bear patient skills, etc.

One logically needs a valve when pressure has built up and this cannot always be what functionals or Being healthy like driving sports. People are different, some tend to destructive behavior. And that’s just human. A doctor does not have to run 24 hours as a model for all people through the world. He’s still just a human being. Only someone who has hardly any life experience and has never felt so much work pressure and stress can hull the nose that someone who works in the health care does not behave health-promoting. I do not, of course, speak of cases where someone consumes alcohol at his workstation and may endanger patients.

I really see this critical. Precisely people in these professions should know the risk of smoking and drink exactly, they are experiencing this again and again.

The reality is that, for example, the smoking rate among doctors is significantly lower than the average population.

Nevertheless, there are exceptions – as everywhere.

I understand. But I have never understood why smoking and drinking should help with stress reduction. Well, if you’re drunk, but smoking and drinking only occasionally?😅

It’s not great, but I understand. Otherwise, what they do after the evening.

If they are fully capable of working and staying, that is their good right. In times of skill shortage, no employer will be so stupid to deny them a possibility to smoke at least every 2 hours. Your expression suggests that you think anyone who drinks a few beers every day before bed is hardest alcohol, and each one who smokes more than one cigarette per day for a chain smoker.

I don’t know where you’re from!

In addition, these are not social professions.

Care is part of the social professions!

My wife is a doctor (also notary) and such conditions are not known to her. She’s in no social job!

Now don’t add up like that!

Google times if doctor is a social profession. Then you see that I’m right.

It’s a medical profession! Even policemen do not have a social job!

This confusing assertion that most of the quartz and baptize!

I don’t understand why you think the doctor’s profession should not be a social profession. Explain! I’m talking to people all day and trying to help them, isn’t that “social”?
