Overweight in physical education class?

Hey, I'm Michelle, 16 and weigh over 100kg. I get on very well with it, even at school, apart from sports lessons. It's tiring and I just can't do some exercises because of my stomach. But now it's the case that I can't do some tasks just because of my body and I get bad grades. But it's also the case that I have a bit more bust and stomach, for example in particular it just wobbles and I find it very uncomfortable. But my teacher doesn't see the point in it, I have to do it anyway.

Do you have any tips on how I should deal with this and especially with her?

I wish you a lot of strength and good.

I’m not even half of you as an adult man with 190 cm and that’s not so beautiful either.

So head up.

Think positive and don’t let school notes make you bad.

If you like your body otherwise, you shouldn’t change anything, but if you think it’s bad, you have to do something about it. With 16 you probably don’t have to take part in sports lessons for long until you complete the school.

Don’t misunderstand this, but even if you’re “good” with your weight, you should try to reduce your weight. This is healthier for you and helps you with the sport problem in the medium term!

In the medium term, this sport problem will no longer exist, because with 16 you are already close to school!
