Rührei ohne Fett?
Hallo Leute. Maxh mir heute wieder Rührei in einer beschichteten Pfanne wo absolut nix kleben bleibt. Hab gelesen das Rühreier etwas mehr Kalorien haben als normalgekochte Eier da sie meist in etwas Fett gebraten werden. Da ich jedoch KEIN Fett nehme müsste ich weniger Kalorien haben. Was meint ihr?
