From a health point of view, no one cigarette is okay. There is no healthy smoking, only more or less harmful. Maybe interesting: https://rauchfrei-info.de/inform/rauchen-Health/

Leave it, you’ll regret it. Many have done it and have nevertheless become addicted.

With me, thank God, if it was because I often didn’t smoke for weeks and was just an opportunity smoker or if I just had luck that I didn’t become addicted, I don’t know.

I could then stop from one to the other day without any problems, that was about 20 years ago and hasn’t regretted it yet.

If you’re lucky, if you start not being addicted, you cannot know. I wouldn’t let it happen and would never, never, never, never, ever, ever start again.

So let it stay. It is neither cool nor casual nor anything else, but only stupidity to burn his money to ruin the health and to room his coffin with each cigarette.

And if you really want to smoke only one per month or every two weeks, you can leave it the same. That makes absolutely no sense, like smoking in general.

Is it OK? It can become quite more and you can still be addicted. Be it for you OK if you are ruin health and you for it you If you want to spend money, you need to know yourself.

Sorry, but this is stupid!

Tell me a reason. Just one! And I don’t let the reason “I want to look cool and grown up” apply. You’re cool if you can get your hands off that stuff!

I’ve been smoking for over 50 years. Don’t get rid of that stuff. Have high blood pressure, two stents in the right leg and a venous bypass in the left. I’ll never be able to dance again. (And that was my great passion!) Don’t jogging! Motorbike rides are still very limited!

I’m aware that “Nikotinabusus” will be on my death certificate. And that much earlier than normal – probably before I’m 70.

And that seems to be desirable to you?

If you really want to smoke for pleasure, wait until you are 18 and then let yourself be in the tobacco trade with regards to Cigars and pipes advised.

If you want to be addicted, buy cigarettes and start. 🚬

No, my young friend won’t start. A cigarette every four weeks is too much. Especially at your age. – Recently, a search expert on television said that especially young people up to 19 become addicted very quickly and also very sustainably.

Leave it as long as you can. The sooner you start smoking, the harder you get out of there.

but I would be very careful not to be addicted

this is sweet – do you think that one is really intended?! there is no addiction on this world who would have wanted his search. everyone started like this: first try.

To begin smoking with 17 is still extremely harmful to your health. Even once a month or every two weeks smoke can have negative effects on your lungs and your general well-being.

Leave it. About Vapes (also here) is constantly implicated to claim that they do not addict. That’s bullshit.

As soon as you start, it becomes a habit. Before you notice, you’re addicted.

From this: why do you have the need? It costs a heathen money, is bad for the body and stinks like heels.

Then you’re the best candidate to be addicted. You have stress, you smoke. Oh it’s so relaxing, then “naja, just a little stress, I smoke one, is so beautiful relaxing”, then “naja, because it’s so relaxing, I smoke one, though I don’t have any stress”, maybe later you need two cigarettes to have the “relaxing” effect, … and swamp, bsit you addiction and don’t get rid of. LASS IT BLEIBEN! Best tip from a (God be not so bad) ex-smoking.

This is the image language of the typical concept. A man sits in the plush armchair and smiles comfortably a cigar. Unlike the permanent stress-burn-out clips… But they are not suitable either to reduce stress. And if you do, you need more and more… and at some point you can’t relax without fabric. What do we call that? Ah, addiction.

Stress is still not to be forgotten. Take your time for sports, make plans for what to learn and how. Keep in mind and then it’s fast over with the fear of the future. Nutrition is also important in the context. Just avoid dirt.

Forget the addiction you have the need to smoke so do it, try one first and if it likes further smoking. But if you do daily, you will never have the full enjoyment of smoking.

A good tip from me let the fingers of it! A few years ago, when I thought the same, and then I became addicted now, I have 10 cigarettes a day.

First you buy a vape, if you like it, you can smoke a dump afterwards.
