Go on a horse riding holiday?

Hi, I have a very sweet Haflinger, he is already 20 and (mostly) sweet. He behaves like a donkey and I wanted to spend a holiday on a farm. I have a stable with full board but he has never done anything like this before, so I would be interested to know what you think of the idea. He can always change and he is either like a 30-year-old Haflinger or like a 4-year-old stallion. I know him too and he is not always that easy, for example he needs a stallion chain because he can get worked up about everything if he doesn't want to do something, but he can always change. The other day I was out riding and we rode past a huge tractor, a huge herd of cows where he wasn't even looking, and a motorway where everyone is honking really loudly. Thanks in advance.
