I got a €50 paysafecard and want to get a game on Steam for €15, but I don't want the entire €50 on my Steam account; I want to keep the rest on the paysafecard. Is that possible? So, will they deduct just the €15 or the entire €50?

I bought GTA 5 as a key without signing up first. I still haven't received a purchase confirmation email, but I downloaded the key directly from the purchase page via a link. And I can't activate it on Steam either.

On Steam, you can also charge credits as you wish. But they should just take off the 15€ I mean
Steam only collects the 15€, but remember that the PSC expires after 6 months / loses money.
