No, it’s not really possible. If then you should have credits on paypal with which you can pay. But even that gets complicated. And you need to use it to deposit a bank connection or just your credit card so that the money can be debited from it

Of course you can. But then you can’t buy anything from yours if there’s no credit on it and no bank account or credit card deposited

Paypal is not useful without a connected bank account/credit card.

Usually, bank account/credit card must be connected before you can pay with Paypal.

Do not make any sense to refuse your bank account/credit card if you want to use Paypal properly and lawfully.
