Caught speeding on a scooter, what now?
Good bye.
A good hour ago, I was driving my scooter through town at about 30 km/h, about 40-45 km/h, when I suddenly saw a red flash in front of me and knew immediately I was being caught… but I immediately thought, how could that be possible? I don't have a license plate on the front, and my visor was down on my helmet.
Is it even possible to identify the vehicle owner? At approximately 11:20 PM, I was caught speeding in a small town. I'm not even from there; I was just passing through. (It was a fixed camera, not a mobile one.)
I'm also on probation and have had my driver's license for exactly one month. If I get a fine, what will it be and when will I receive a letter?
Best regards.
Only from 21km/h Exceeding less the tolerance of at least 3km/h there are sampling time measures. This is not the case here after your description. It’s just a fine. You will receive mail after 3 months at the latest. Otherwise, it will expire.
You won’t get anything. No one will make the effort for the 15km/h crossing. Even if you were to find yourself, you would have to punish the driver. Without a picture with the face, it wouldn’t be proven. There’s nothing going to happen to you.
If the vehicle is determined, it must indicate who has been driving.
Comes the excuse he gave it, but he doesn’t know who, he can get a ridebook to guide
That’s right. But as I said, will not happen for a maximum of 15km/h. The effort is by no means worthwhile and it is more than difficult in the situation to determine it at all. Nothing will happen.
There are flashers that also flash from behind.
But very unlikely… Unfortunately
Ne from behind wasn’t flashed, I’m just right after that and I watched if there’s something
