You have to be half a doctor in theory before the study started.

Even if you would win a lottery study site => with previous school knowledge only on real school level, you would not understand a word in the university, create no exam and fly out quite quickly.
After the real school directly to the university – that would be like sending a child after the kindergarten period directly to the gymnasium without having previously learned to read, write, and recruit.

If you want to try for your dream job, then there’s only a reasonable way to do Abitur with average grade 1.0, so in all subjects a 1. Then you have good chances of one of the extremely short medical study places.
