There are three suitability classes in aviation medicine, class 1 (for professional pilots, irrelevant to you), class 2 (for hobby pilots) and additionally the medical certificate for LAPL (for sailing and light aircraft). With declining requirements in each case, but in each case aligned according to “Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/27 of the 19th Commission December 2018 amending Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011′ (online: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32019R0027. In this, it is stated in the subsection 2 to the cardiovascular system as follows:

e) rhythm and transmission disturbances

1. Applicants are to be judged as unfit if they have one of the following medical findings:

i) symptomatic sinoatrial disorder;

ii) complete AV block;

(iii) symptomatic QT extension;

iv) automatic implantable defibrillator system;

v) ventricular antitachycardiac pacemaker.

So nothing.
