Pay with Google Pay on your mobile phone at self-service kiosks in stores?
Hello,
First of all, I live in South Tyrol, which is part of Italy, so it might be that I can't pay in shops here the way I can in Germany.
I had seen Google Pay and even Samsung Pay in one or two stores.
You can use Google Pay to pay with your mobile phone at the self-service machine.
We have two grocery stores, "Despar and Interspar", that have self-service machines where people can go to the machine if they only have two things to buy, for example, instead of having to wait in line at the checkout.
These machines have a contactless sign, so you just have to hold the card to the POS device.
BUT at the machine you have to say beforehand how you want to pay
- Cash
- credit card
- ATM
My question now is, do I have to choose number 2 or 3, or should it say Google Pay or something like that?
Only after making this selection can I pay at the POS device.
Thanks
at google Pay, the credit card is deposited and then “Virtual” is available. of therefore 2.
Of course, you have to put the card on your phone. set up and activate NFC.
Use NFC with Android – so it’s | heise online
otherwise simply google.
