Mit gefälschte Fahrkarte erwischt wurden?
Hallo liebe Leute,
ich bin 14 und wurde vor zwei Wochen mit ein gefälschte Azubi Ticket erwischt.
Diese Azubi ging von 2021bis 2024 eine lange Zeit aber auf dem Ticket waren alle meine Daten drauf also keine falsche Daten.
Diese Vorlage hatte ich von eine Freundin bekommen ich weiß es war dumm bitte urteilt mich nicht, ich habe nicht nach gedachte und bereue es sehr und habe die Strafe am gleichen Tag direkt überwiesen es war an einem Sonntag.
Ich wurde davor noch nie angezeigt oder beim schwarzen fahren erwischt außer als ich 13 war im bus oder bahn das zählt ja aber nicht. Ich wurde in ein Zug von dB erwischt als ich erwischt wurde hat der Kontrolleur meine Fahrkarte mit genommen. Der Kontrolleur meinte zu mir ich bekomme innerhalb zwei Wochen ein Brief von dB und bekommen wahrscheinlich eine Anzeige. Eine Woche drauf war ich bei dB Service die meinten dass der Kontrolleur Quatsch erzählt hat und ich keine Anzeige kriegen sollte eigentlich daher die Sache eigentlich gegessen ist wenn man die 60€ Strafe zahlt. Es sind zwei Wochen vergangen und ich habe immer noch kein Brief erhalten.
Meine Frage ist:
Was passiert jetzt?
Bekomme ich nur eine Verwarnung oder eine Anzeige?
muss ich vor Gericht?
Wie lange soll ich noch auf ein Brief warten?
wird vielleicht nichts passieren weil ich die Strafe also die 60€ direkt bezahlt habe?
es wär toll wenn ihr mir antworten würdet weil ich seit dem richtig Angst habe daher ich ein strengen Vater habe.

I don’t think you’ll get an ad. Since you drove the first time as a criminal person without a valid ticket, this is not a repetition and will therefore, I think, fall under the table.

What does that have to do with it? It is not a crime that can be reported. Whether the company does this is the question.
