By car to other cities?
Do you often travel to other cities by car?
Where are you traveling from and to, what are you doing there, are you sleeping in the car, in a hotel or with friends and acquaintances?

The problem is, I'm supposed to take the theory test at the TÜV in a week. The driving school gave me the appointment because there wasn't an earlier one. However, I just saw on the TÜV website that there's an appointment for tomorrow, so I booked it. Unfortunately, I don't have my training certificate, and…
From which year of manufacture/model onwards are there the fewest problems, teething problems and failures?
Suppose I hit someone else at a traffic light, the other person's car is damaged, but so is my car. Will the insurance also pay for the damage to my car, or only for the damage to the other person's car?
I need to buy a car; mine is broken. I chose a used Opel Meriva 1.6i Cosmo with automatic climate control and PDC. TÜV until 01.2021, 200,000km down. Can someone tell me what exactly I need to look out for? The MOT is still a long way off. Doesn't come from private sources. Thank you…
I want to emigrate to Spain (because of the better weather). I currently live in Hamburg. However, I'm bored here and don't really have much to do with the city. That's why I'm currently looking for reasons to stay here in Hamburg. But I can't think of any. What could you do in Hamburg that…
Can I get reimbursed for my driver's license costs somewhere?
I used to like to make city trips to neighboring cities as day trips to visit them. I’d rather go by the train today.
For more distant cities, I usually take the train when the plane continues and then I stay at the hotel. On a flight I travel for more than a week, usually 14 days and more.
If I have acquaintances on site that have a guest room, I would like to take such an overnight stay. This makes a holiday more personal, because you get things you wouldn’t see otherwise.
Do you prefer to travel by train than by car, or do you not own a car? And what disadvantages does the city trip by car have for you compared to the ride by train?
When I had another car, I drove with them, for example, to Brussels, Amsterdam, Rome, Cologne etc. There was annoying in the center to get a parking lot, so I parked outside and then I often went to the center over 1/2 kilometers. The main railway stations are located around some central. I didn’t dare to drive in Paris at the traffic, but I had the car in a guarded parking lot and then I went to the center with Öffie. These were unnecessary costs. I went to Paris by bus or train every other time.
Private go to work, visit relatives, doctors, shops, etc. Often is relative, especially thanks to home office. Stay private never with acquaintances etc., relationship etc. is “too close”. On holiday, I will provide myself with accommodation.
On service travelers with service pool vehicle or rental car and the employer may provide accommodation. I’m always in the DACH room.
