do it…tu it… change small things first…just another way into work…just slightly change your habits…just something crazy…resolve the tasks that permanently come into your mind…tu it…it will not make anyone for you

Are you in pain? Are you tired and exhausted? Itching? Internal rest? Fear and worries? Eating problems? Nightmares? What else?

Waiting list means you have to wait. Apparently you’ve been waiting too long.

You need to be more aggressive in your therapist search, otherwise it won’t be! Print with the therapists where you are on the list, collect cancellations for the health insurance.
