Mit 24 wissen was man will?
Sollte man mit 24 wissen was man will ? Beruflich gesehen ?
Kurz zu mir: ich hab 1 abgeschlosse Ausbildung, eine kleine 2. Ausbildung. In der 1. Ausbildung war ich insgesamt 7 im Beruf, dann anderthalb Jahre umorientiert, war allerdings nichts für mich und seit dem wechsel bin ich zufrieden im jetzigen Job (2.Ausbildung)
Hab nebenbei ein IHK Zertifikat gemacht, einfach aus Ehrgeiz und nächste Woche steht wieder eine von mir aus persönliche ” Weiterbildung ” auf eine kleine Ausbilderbasis statt.
Ich bin immer am hin und her denken , weil ich 1. das beste aus mir machen will ,
2. irgendwann sagen kann, meine Weiterbildungen haben mir den A* vor einer Arbeitslosigkeit gerettet, oder wenn ich mal was anderes machen will, immer die Möglichkeit hab zu wechseln und nie Geldsorgen haben brauch.
Mein Traum war bzw ist es eigentlich Polizist zu werden, nur leider muss ich dann wieder 3 Jahre eine Ausbildung machen.
Und nebenbei bin ich immer noch am überlegen, was ich alternativ für Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in meinem jetzigen Job hätte
Meine Freundin sagte mir neulich, sie weiß mittlerweile nicht was ich will, und dass ich auch nicht weiß was ich will.
Aber man versteht die Hintergründe nicht die ich befolge. Das hat mit ” ich weiß nicht was ich will ” nichts zu tun.
Will halt das beste aus mir machen in jungen Jahren, während andere 30 Jahre am selben Arbeitsplatz bleiben und angekommen sind und nichts anderes gestrebt haben bzw möchten.
Deswegen meine Frage, muss ich mit 24 wissen was ich will? Ist das so wie ich das mache falsch?
Leider lasse ich mir so meine Motivation nehmen, von Menschen, die bisher nicht viel erreicht haben.
Ich hingegen habe ein Ziel und befolge das Ziel der Unabhängigkeit.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Hat meine Freundin recht ?

I think it’s totally in order not to know what you really want. if it really was your dream or is to go to the police, then do it. at the end, you’ll just do something you don’t want to do right. I myself am 19 and wanted to go to the police, but was rejected. have now started a nursing training, and whether I continue to train at the end or make another training a politicist, I do not yet know. but if you think that’s really your dream then do it. Otherwise you’ll say, if I had, I would have….

and your friend is not right.
With 24 you should actually know what you want, which does not mean that you have to have gone the way to the end. Some trainings last longer. But you should stay on the ball and go through your project quickly.
Well, you should at least know what you want to live/live in the next month.
I mean that in the current month you have to do something professional ( ideally something that is fun and fulfills you) to be able to pay your rent, your food, your hobbies in the coming month.
It doesn’t mean that if you’ve been training at 20 years, you’ll have to practice this profession.
An interesting aspect perhaps still:
Anyone who has successfully completed an apprenticeship and then worked for 5 years in a foreign occupation can directly make a final examination in this profession without a new training.
Oh, yeah, and I started studying at 45 years.
I already knew about 16 what I want and then I pulled it through.
