If I am caught with 2 grams of weed, will my driving license be revoked?

As mentioned in the title, I was caught with 2 grams of weed today and I'm wondering if my driving license can now be revoked?

Usually you lose the driver’s license only when regular consumption is in the room.

If they caught you once with Weed and had nothing to do with the road, the driving licence is not yet in great danger.

A buddy of mine has been caught twice in a year with small quantities of weed. He was declared a regular consumer, he had to leave the driver’s license and had to make the full program of MPU and abstinence proof to get him back.

So normally the procedure is set at under 10g as far as I have read it.

If your drug test was positive when driving, you get problems

Drug findings are forwarded to the LRA’s competent driver’s office, if you have a driving permit.

They can then arrange a drug screening. The amount usually doesn’t matter. My best friend was caught at the SeaYou Festival in summer with a HALBEN part (mdma) and had to go two times unannounced peeing in January.

If you are not prejudicial, the ad will fall due to excessive administrative burden.

If you can prove regular consumption, then yes.

Very unlikely

No.

You didn’t drive a car or you used the driving license to transport drugs.

Did they do a drug test with you?

If you count as a first person now, you usually get a fine.

It’s kind of unusual that they didn’t do a drug test. But, well, that would be the worst because then your lobe would be gone, it wouldn’t matter how much you had in your blood.

In the worst case, you take a lawyer.
