All persons who have the custody right must agree to this as long as you are a minor and are therefore included in the account opening.

So if your parents share custody, they both have to go to the bank. If only one has custody, only one. If they have the common one, but there is no contact, you need to make contact or let the family court decide what you need to do very timely, because that takes… You then suffer from the failure of your parents to regulate custody.

Often children just go to the bank where the parents are. Many banks have free accounts for minors and often for trainees. Later, you have to see which bank is best for you.

Since you are still minor, your eligible persons will have to agree to the account opening. Or you wait until you are full-year.

I recommend the savings banks.

where should I create an account or how and how?

Where to get the best conditions. As an Azubi, who opens a current account for the first time, the banks will run and beat you with super conditions.

As long as BEIDE have custody, the bank may not open a bank account to you if not both parents are personally there!

Because this is your first account, I would definitely take a bank on site.
They usually have cheap account models for Azubis. What helps you as a (sorry) newcomer in matters of bank a direct bank if you can hit with their call center on any question…

Then no problem. She just has to be there.
