Smoking a little at 16?

Hey, I'm not that tall yet (170cm at 16, even though my parents are tall), and I think my growth has been delayed a bit due to chronic illnesses. Now I'm wondering if smoking a little, about seven cigarettes a week, will harm my growth. You can save yourself comments like "just stop," otherwise thanks in advance for the sensible answers. Many, many. Then

Do not rule out that consumption has an impact on long-term growth. This is, in my opinion, the least worry about the possible negative health effects of smoking. In growth, not only the body becomes longer, it also develops the organs in it, such as the lung. Tobacco smoking can affect various physical development processes and is also associated with a very high risk of dependence. The risk of getting more out of the “bisl” smoking and it will happen to you at some point as if you need it is not low.

Read here: Why smoking is particularly harmful to teenagers, https://www.feel-ok.at/de_AT/jugendliche/themes/tabak/interessante_themes/health/jugendliche/warum_rauchen_fuer_teenager_especially_schaedlich_ist.cfm

Yeah, it hurts you.

Not only in your growth, but also anywhere else.

No matter what age you are, you should never start smoking. It makes first addiction and is secondly very, very unhealthy.

Please just leave it.

Yeah, it does. Up to about 19-26 one is still in growth.

One per year already hurts.

So the question can only be answered with a clear yes!
