Caught speeding at 15 km/h?

Hi, what happens if you're caught speeding at 15 km/h while on probation? Will the probation period be extended?

Not if you were on the road with the car.

15kmh? Apparently you mean 15km/h? How fast are you driving? If you were flashed at this speed, it can only be a traffic-smooth zone where you could drive 7km/h. You were therefore 8km/h too fast when you look at the speedometer deviation. No trial period is hereby extended.

Good morning,

have briefly researched (see link below).

Formore than 20 km/habove the permitted maximum speed, this looks somewhat different. This often threatens a building seminar andRehearsal time is two more yearscontinued. In addition, you have to expect the sanctions required in the fine catalogue, asPointsin Flensburg, finesorProhibitionof up to three months.

However, since you are only 15 km/h anyway, I guess that will not happen anymore.

Greetings & continue well & safe journey!! 🙂
