Hi dear Leonie 🙂

Don’t worry, you’re still in the middle of puberty at the age of 14 and it can happen that the period is not yet there. So you don’t need to be afraid. Give your body some time.

Have you noticed a drain or a little lubrication bleeding with you? That would be a little sign that you shouldn’t be too long.

Each girl (and also every boy) develops slightly differently in time. But generally have some patience with your body. I’m sure it won’t take long for you to get your first control bleeding 🙂

If you’re insecure about your body, you can also visit a female doctor in your area and tell her your worries. I’m sure she’ll be able to tell you if you’re physically all right. A visit to the female doctor is not necessary at the moment, but if you still do not have a period of 16 I would advise you to medical assistance at the latest.

I hope that I could help you a little with my answer and wish you all the best! If you have any questions or need help, you can send me a friend request at any time and send me a personal message 🙂

Love

Hello

This is in the normal range 🙂

The normal range is between 10 and 16 years. Everything under or above must be clarified by a doctor.

The average age in Germany is 12.5 years, but it does not mean that you are abnormal if you do not meet this average. The first menarch comes between the 11th and 14th years of age. Everything before or after that is considered by society as ‘relatively early’ or ‘relatively late’, which should not be under stress.

The first period is different for each. There are also other factors such as weight, development, medicines and genes. If your mama/deine grandma and your possible sister got them, for example, at 15/16, then the probability is high that you will get them there.

So just wait a bit. If you don’t have them with 15 1/2 then make an appointment with the doctor for the sake of clarity. You also have the possibility to have the J1 or J2 examination done (the doctor looks at whether you are normally developed for your age). If you want to know more about this, the user is the right partner.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

Hello, Leonie.

First, calm down, no panic. You can’t help yourself for not having them yet. This reminder helped me a lot when everyone around me already had them.

And if you already have your white flux or the like, it won’t take long.

To the actual question: This is completely okay and normal. If you don’t have them with 16 or any other gynecological problems, you should go to the doctor.

Go to a female doctor and let you investigate when you worry.
