Hi everyone, I have a question: Am I allowed to travel alone by train from Austria (in my case, Bregenz) to Belgium (my destination: Verviers (Central Station)) if my parents agree and my 19-year-old cousin picks me up at my destination? And I won't have to check into hostels or hotels, since my relatives live in Belgium and I'll be staying with them. Thanks for any answers.
