You are in the lower range of normal weight and want to attract your body now with weight loss? And this also in an important stage of construction where the change from child to adult body takes place.

If you really mean that, you should look for professional help.

Please try not to worry about your weight! Better put your priorities on things that make you enjoy and make you happy. The weight is only a number calculated from any formula. You’re worth so much more than that number. And you’re still in growth. This time is so important for your body. Trust your body. He knows what you need and what you don’t. <=3

There’s only more to mumify.

You are with 11 in the middle of growth, if you want to prevent damage, diets or hunger cures are strictly forbidden!

At this age you can also badly set an ideal weight, the area would be at the bottom about your current, above about 55Kg.

Counting much more important than calorie is sufficient exercise, sport and balanced diet, and finally there is a chance for the brain to develop optimally.

Not at all. You are already in the lower normal weight range anyway, because you should not lose weight.

A few kilos more, on the other hand, would surely do you well.

You’re not afraid. Even less would simply be unhealthy and you don’t see it at all.

You have a flat-rate underweight and there it is clearly not. This statement is just wrong. You don’t get off an adult’s BMI. This is already the fundamental error in your approach.

Sure, because of growth, but you can still take more calories and have 2-3 kg more, is not bad for the body. In adults it would be a BMI of 16.6, which would be quite underweight.

You’re in growth. You have nothing to take off.
