  • Certain teas (Löwenzahn, Ginger, Fenchel, Kammille) There are also special teas in the pharmacy.
  • Surrender and not hold back if nausea becomes too strong. This reduces nausea and the body tries to get rid of toxins.
  • It’s easy to eat digestible food. (e.g. no ice cream, candy, fast food etc…)
  • Avoid meals right before bed.
  • Several small portions are better for the stomach than a few large portions.
  • Much liquid
  • No drugs (including alcohol)
  • No chewing tobacco or snus
  • If you’re taking medication, she’ll give you the package leaflet. Sometimes nausea is a side effect.
  • No motor sports (e.g. Situps)
  • Avoid hot or cold dishes.

If it is not better in 3 days, a doctor should be consulted. various diseases (e.g. stomach ulcer, gastritis, stomach bleeding etc…) could be the cause.

Occasionally nausea is normal and no reason to worry. Good

If the tea does not help and you should actually vomit, despite your emetophobie, as much as possible in a bucket.

If your snack was corrupted by McDonnalds, you can determine what it was if you need to go to the hospital.

Members agree what’s going on and if it gets worse, call 116 117, then send a standby doctor over.

Good improvement

Drink camel tea or drink stomach tea.

Best – naturally depends on how much you’ve already drank but today drink 500ml camomile tea and tomorrow then spread again to the day approx. Drink 1 liter of camomile tea. Then you should definitely be better. If it doesn’t get better, I might get worse.

MC Donalds is not a proper food. It’s just fast food.

If you’re suffering from Emetophobie, I’d never eat at your place again at the MC Donalds and avoid fast food anyway, because unfortunately there is always the chance that you can get bad.

If you make tea and drink it only warm – lukewarm swallowwise then it can’t happen to you normally. If you have to hand over you for the fake food. (There are many chemicals in it, e.g. flavor enhancers, emulsifiers etc…)

Wait for the first time and drink tea. Tea can really calm the stomach. As a home remedy, Vomex and or pantoprazole would also be well suited, maybe even what warm on the abdomen does well
