This can be a lot, from vitamin deficiency to depressive episodes and (depending on age) pubertarian phases to a brain tumor everything is possible.

Promise this with your doctors, starting with your family doctors and if they don’t find anything, let’s examine you psychologically. With a family doctor’s bank transfer, the health insurance fund pays the investigation.

Try to deal with things and surround yourself with people that do you good.

Head up, that’ll be fine.

Can you describe your health situation in more detail? How long do you have these symptoms? Do you feel any symptoms? Especially the following symptoms: drivelessness, insomnia, anxiety, obsessive disorders, suicidal thoughts, extreme sadness, atrociousness, changes in appetite, eating disorders, declining libido? Are you able to deny your everyday life (work, school, etc…) or are you just lying in bed? Do you take drugs or other substances?

Good improvement.

Start of depression, possibly.

It’s hard to say. She didn’t describe it clearly enough.

This is due to vitamin D deficiency, which can now occur in autumn and especially in winter. This is also called winter depression. Happy you!

I don’t know what this might be, but I would have a solution that helped me out of such a situation, that is, God:D trust me, he will help you if you ask him and tell him what’s going on.
