Specifically, I do not know this machine, but with horizontal drums I did not have good experiences. Apart from moderate washing performance, I found the twisted laundry very annoying, especially trousers legs and sleeves of long-sleeved shirts.
What worked better instead was: put laundry in a stable bag (restorm wrapping bag, for example), add water and detergent, close the bag, put it in the shower, and then, while showering, trample on it. Sometimes turn it around 90 degrees.
I only know the test of something like this that once went on TV.
It was complained that the machine only rotates the laundry in circles. (like a carousel)
It has not become clean at least.
I personally would say that if the drum was lying, it might even work.
