Yes, as you could certainly read in the documents (which you probably did not read) you must be full-year.

Minors cannot open a depot alone, but their guardians must do so. And even then the minor does not have exclusive access, but he can only act legally under supervision.

Since you are full of business until 18 years, you can only open a securities deposit through your parents or another parent.

You can’t open a securities deposit without explicit permission from your guardian.
