The Youth Employment Protection Act provides for narrow limits. In principle, you can only work from 15 years. There are only slight activities for remuneration.

In paragraph 2 para. 1 Children’s Protection Regulation states that children over 13 years and young people with full-time education may only be employed

1.with the delivery of newspapers, magazines, advertisement sheets and advertising brochures,

2.in private and agricultural households with

a)Activities in household and garden,

b)Boards,

(c) care for children and other persons belonging to the household;

(d) tutoring,

e)care for pets,

(f)purchasing activities other than the purchase of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products;

3.in agricultural holdings with activities in

a) the harvest and the field order;

(b) self-marketing of agricultural products;

c)the supply of animals,

4.with hand achievements in sport,

5.with activities in non-commercial actions and events of the churches, religious communities, associations, associations and parties, if employment according to § 5 para. 3 of the Youth Employment Protection Act is easy and suitable for it.
