Minijob when is the money there?

Hello, I did a mini-job at a larger company from August 14th to August 25th. My question is whether the money will be in my account by September 1st and whether it will all come at once, since it was more than €520. I read somewhere that you can earn more than €520 twice a year. The company said that the three women from accounting won't be back at the company until the 28th because they had a week's vacation. I hope it will be there on the 1st, because I need it then.
