Minijob Krankenschein?

Guten Tag,

Ich Arbeite als Minijobber und bei uns ist das so das wir 3-4 Aufträge im Monat haben 9-11 Stunden pro Auftrag nun hatte ich eine schwere Grippe bekommen und ein Krankenschein abgegeben bei meiner Firma und man meint mir jetzt das die nur 3,5 Stunden Pro Tag Auszahlen für die 4 Tage obwohl ich nie ein 3-4 Stunden Auftrag hatt es war immer Minimum 9-11 Stunden Pro Auftrag ist das Gerecht fertigt? Und ich bin schon seit 8 Monaten in der Firma erstemal Krank gezogen weil ich wirklich nicht konnte und habe daraufhin auch eine Kündigung erhalten wo drin stand das ich an mehreren Tagen unentschuldigt gefehlt habe was von vorne rein Garnicht stimmt ich habe mich ja Gemeldet und den Krankenschein an den Personalabteilung weitergegeben

Hi zusammen, Durch unsere Firmenschliessung wurden viele der Belegschaft am Montag unwiderruflich freigestellt. Wir hatten alle direkt am Dienstag einen Termin beim Arbeitsamt.   1. So you’re entitled to the full wage the 9-11 hours.
  2. If you can prove that you’ve given the medical report, don’t you.
  3. If you can’t quit for several days that are supposed to be innocenced, so according to my state of knowledge, I can be mistaken.
  4. If the lies you can go to court, I would definitely do to get the full money at least, there I would no longer work if they are so threesome and want to pull you over with the money and then still lie to you to terminate

Yes so there are minijobber the 3-3.5 hours layers we always had min 9-11 hours and he thinks he can pay me only 3.5 hours per day and that I usually have to rework the days of illness very three times

Must be in the contract you signed as many hours you have to work in the month/per week. He also has to pay you out these hours, everything else you’ve worked beyond it, he doesn’t have to pay, just what’s regulated. So sick days don’t work out at all, he wants to sell you stupid. You have to rework NIEMALS, in no case. If you’re sick, you’re sick. He couldn’t even give you a kiss because he can’t let you work longer than the agreed hours. Unless he would pay you more. Then it would not be a mini-job for amounts more than approx. 520€
