You can keep what you deserve and get paid by the employer.

Only this income is calculated according to the SGB – ll regulations inferior to your needs.

For children under 25 years of age who are pupils, azuub or an intern, since July 2023 there has been an increased basic allowance for earning income up to the level of the mini-job limit, until then nothing is counted on the child’s needs, and in addition there are other allowances for paragraph 11 b SGB – ll, but as I understood your question, this would not apply to you first.

This would only be the case if the transition period between two training sections would not exceed 3 months.

So if you would start your studies or training within 3 months after completing your schooling.

Then this regulation would also apply to you, so only your mentioned allowances are available for you in a minijob.

If you are studying then you can do a mini-job without which it would be counted on your need for the citizen’s money.

Your bafög – and children’s money under 25 years of age already.

Helps are searched everywhere, you need to see if an employer would hire you for such a short time if you don’t want to continue next to your studies.

This is only valid as long as you live in the parental household and are thus part of the community of needs.

As a student, you could also go to a WG room (which could well justify itself at a correspondingly far away university and therefore be financed by BaFöG etc.). And in my knowledge, you can keep the credit from student jobs.

In addition, you can also counter many costs of study once you build the job as a student job. There are other tax rates, for example.

There are also quite companies that combine the minijob with a time account. An acquaintance has done this and worked more or less full-time during the semester holidays and the overtimes resulting from this would have been paid to the semester on a mini-job basis without working at all or at best to a much smaller extent. Whether it is completely clean in law, it would be quite an agreement that could be sought.

Hey just wanted to ask if it worked with you…so whether it wasn’t charged and you got all the money, an answer would be very helpful 🙂 because I was in the same situation.
