Mini dress as a waitress?

Heyyy, I'm working as a waitress in a restaurant in our town now. The restaurant is a bit known for disgusting people and so but I really need a job and haven't found anything else. My dad also said I shouldn't make such a fuss and just work there. The boss was actually really nice but he spent the whole time looking at my cleavage during the interview and at the end he hugged me and his hand was really low on my hip. But well, I don't know, anyway, yesterday was my first day at work and I came to work wearing jeans and a white top with a really big cleavage. Then my boss just yelled at me and asked me what I was thinking coming to work like that and that from now on I shouldn't wear anything that doesn't show at least half of my boobs and my skirts should never be longer than halfway down my thigh and I should wear a thong underneath. He said that to me exactly like that and I was a bit of a shock afterwards but my dad said I should just do what he said and not make such a fuss😐. Well, this is my outfit for the second day.
